We only use open formats, optimising integrations to ensure our tools can engage with as many of yours as we can.

• We will never vendor or data lock you. If you use our products it's because you want to.
If you need a 5 day course and consulting hours to understand and use our products, we have failed to design our products well.
We focus on clean, modern user experience and interaction. You only see what you need to complete a task or move to the next step.

• Modern UX/UI design practices. Simple and effective.
• Jargon-free, simple to understand language.
• Interactive onboarding, tooltips and templates.
• Documentation that doesn't leave you confused.
• Open communities to share knowledge, usecases and more.
We're not going to force you into the cloud and we're not going to use your data unless you ask us to.
You choose where you want your data to be, how you want to handle it and how you want to access it, we just provide the capability.

• We will always allow exports of all data, this includes metadata and configurations.
• Open data formats only. No proprietary file types, no additional cost.
